Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is your processing time?
    While we aim to process your order within 3 to 7 days, we ask that you allow up to 14 days during busy periods. If we expect our processing time to be longer than this we will contact you. Royal Mail collect twice a week. However, if you would like to know our current processing time, prior to ordering please feel free to contact us.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Our products are made to order and therefore once processing has began, you will not be able to cancel your order.
  • Can I order a printed version of the downloadable pdf's?
    Yes, if you would like either a bundle or a single item from a bundle, just email us with the product SKU number, which can be found under the product title on the product page, together with your choice of un-laminated or laminated card, and we will email you with the full cost of the item including postage. If you wish to accept we will send you a payment request for the order. Once we have received the payment your order will be processed as normal.
  • What card stock do you use?
    We use white 300gsm card stock for all our cash stuffing stationary.
  • What size are your savings challenges
    All our savings challenges and placeholders are approx. 3 x 6 inch. and each one is cut by hand.
  • Can you do Disney themed savings challenges?
    Please do not ask us to create savings challenges or any other products that infringe on another brand's intellectual property, such as Disney and Hello Kitty, as this is against the law and has serious consequences, not only for us but for you as the buyer.
