These terms and conditions only apply to all sales placed either online, by telephone or in writing, unless otherwise stated.
Pricing
All prices are in £ sterling, inclusive of VAT where applicable. Any exceptions will be clearly marked on the website where relevant. Prices may be subject to change without notice, but we will only alter the price after we have confirmed your order, if it is to your benefit.
Deposits
Deposits placed for any order are non-refundable.
Foreign customers
Whilst this website is designed with UK customers in mind, we welcome enquiries from customers in other countries. For our digital products. Please email us and we will do our best to assist.

Product availability
Items shown on this website may not always be in stock. If any of your chosen items are not in stock you will be advised of our best estimate of availability and delivery date within 24 working hours of your order being placed. Please note that an indication of such dates is an estimate only, may be subject to change without notice, and does not constitute a contractual obligation by Real Budget Mama to supply goods by a certain date. However, if availability is unduly delayed, we will use our best endeavours to keep you informed.
Product images and descriptions
Please note that the colour of images shown on this website may be affected by the technology used to access it. Whilst we do our best to faithfully reproduce colours, some variation may occur.
Accepting orders and security
When you place an order online, we will treat it as an offer to buy. If we accept your order, we will send you a confirmation email with your order number, at which point we make a legal contract with you. However, we will be entitled to refuse to accept your order if we feel it necessary, in which case we will email you as soon as we can to let you know.
All order details are confirmed by you when your order is placed, including the billing address, shipping address.
Order processing
Orders are processed from the date and time it was placed. Our processing cut-off time is 12pm GMT, and all orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day. This may take longer during busy periods, please allow 3 to 5 days and up to 14 days during busy periods. You can contact us for estimated processing times.
Delivery
All prices exclude delivery and we ship to UK mainland only. Orders are collected and shipped twice a week via Royal Mail.
Our deliveries in the UK mainland are contracted to outside carriers who deliver Mondays to Fridays (excluding public holidays) between the hours of 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM.
Cancellations
As soon as your order is placed production begins. It is therefore not possible to cancel an order after it is placed as production will have already started. It is your responsibility as the customer to check all orders are correct before they are paid for.
If your product, print, or any other accessories are defective in any way, please refer to our Faulty Goods policy.
Real Budget Mama’s cancellations policy does not affect your Statutory Rights.
Transit damage
All goods are examined in detail by ourselves prior to dispatch to ensure that they leave our studio in perfect condition. However, transit damage unfortunately can occur. If your purchase is showing obvious signs of transit damage upon delivery, please refuse to accept delivery and notify us immediately. If damage is only evident upon opening of packaging, then you must inform us within 48 hours of receipt. In either case, we will then arrange re-delivery of replacement goods as soon as possible.
If an order that has been shipped does not arrive with you within the recommended shipping time, please e-mail us at realbudgetmama@gmail.com with the order number and we will look into this for you. We do have to allow the carrier reasonable time to deliver your order, however after this time has passed, we will issue a reprint and dispatch replacements if they are deemed to be lost in transit. Please note we have to be made aware of any orders not received within 28 days of the order being shipped.
Faulty goods
In all queries relating to faulty goods, we require customers provide photographic evidence so we can investigate the issue. Once a photo has been received, we will investigate and decide whether to accept or reject your claim of a fault.
